请求、对象与响应。
按 seq 翻页：asc 配 after_seq，desc 配 before_seq；两个游标不可同用。
读取事件
GET /media/v1/libraries/{library_id}/events

| next_cursor | string | null | Last returned sequence as a string when more events exist; convert to a number and pass as after_seq for asc or before_seq for desc. Null means no further page. |
