删除已归档电脑
永久删除已归档的显式电脑及其文件与运行记录。
先调用「创建计算机」，用返回的计算机 ID 替换 cmp_123。

Praxis 扩展：Managed Agents 没有持久 Computer 的删除生命周期。仅允许已归档的电脑；active 返回 400 COMPUTER_ACTIVE（先归档），先销毁电脑数据再删除登记，成功返回 id 和 type=computer_deleted；不存在或跨租户返回 404。
