混剪视频
基于已有视频生成混剪（尚未支持）。
先调用「创建视频」，用返回的 ID 替换 video_123；下载前须轮询至 completed。

/openai/v1/videos/{video_id}/remix○ 未支持请求参数
video_idstring必填path: Id of the video job whose output you want, the `id` returned by createVideo. The job must be completed; before that the call answers 400.
返回
400 混剪尚未支持，请勿重试。
未支持，调用固定返回 400（invalid_request_error，消息为 Video remix is not supported）；不要重试。
