删除一个 Skill 的指定版本。

skill_idstring必填path: Skill ID（路径或查询参数）。
versionstring必填path: 路径参数：版本号。
skill_idstring必填query: Skill ID（路径或查询参数）。
返回
501 平台还没有实现这个端点；调用会得到下面这个响应：
平台还不支持上传和管理 Skills；创建智能体时传入 skills 会返回 400。调用会返回 501（not_implemented_error），不产生副作用，官方 SDK 不会重试。
