删除会话条目
从会话里删除一条 item。
先调用「创建对话」拿到 conv_ 开头的 ID，替换 conv_123。 条目 ID 取自「添加对话条目」或「列出对话条目」，替换 item_123。

200 conversation
删除会话里的单条 item，返回该会话对象（不是被删除的 item）。
